Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to transportation services provided by StazOnDriver in Mexico City and surrounding areas. By requesting, confirming, or using a StazOnDriver service, the customer accepts the service details, rates, and applicable terms described below.

1. Quotes and Availability

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request, including pickup date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle category, service type, and any special instructions.

Quotes and vehicle availability are subject to confirmation. A quote does not guarantee vehicle or driver availability until the reservation has been properly confirmed by StazOnDriver.

Rates may change if service details are modified, including changes to passenger count, luggage count, pickup time, route, destination, additional stops, service duration, vehicle type, or special requirements.

2. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only once the secure confirmation link has been completed and the reservation has been accepted by StazOnDriver.

For some services, StazOnDriver may allow a deposit to reserve the vehicle and driver. If a deposit option is provided, the remaining balance must be completed according to the instructions given at the time of reservation.

Driver and vehicle details are typically provided before the service once dispatch coordination is completed.

3. Passenger and Luggage Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage information before confirming the reservation.

Vehicle assignment is based on passenger count, luggage count, route, and service category. If the number of passengers or luggage pieces is higher than originally provided, StazOnDriver may need to assign a larger vehicle, revise the rate, or decline service if the assigned vehicle cannot safely or comfortably accommodate the group.

For airport transfers, luggage space is especially important. Oversized luggage, golf bags, strollers, boxes, sports equipment, or additional carry-ons must be disclosed in advance.

4. Vehicle Assignment and Substitution

StazOnDriver assigns vehicles according to the service category, passenger count, luggage requirements, route, and availability.

While we always make every effort to provide the vehicle type or category quoted, the exact vehicle may be subject to change due to operational needs, safety requirements, mechanical issues, traffic conditions, airport regulations, or government-mandated circulation restrictions.

In Mexico City, official environmental programs such as Hoy No Circula and Contingencia Ambiental may temporarily restrict certain vehicles from operating based on license plate number, verification hologram, environmental program rules, or official government notices.

If a reserved vehicle becomes restricted from circulation by government order, StazOnDriver may assign another suitable vehicle of similar or higher service category whenever possible in order to complete the service safely and on time.

Any vehicle substitution will be handled with the customer's comfort, safety, luggage needs, and service quality in mind.

5. Airport Arrivals

For airport arrivals, flight monitoring is provided when the correct airline and flight number are received.

Meet-and-greet service is included when applicable and will be coordinated according to the airport, terminal, arrival process, airport rules, and local operating conditions.

Airport arrival service includes complimentary waiting time based on the confirmed arrival details. If the passenger is delayed after arrival or cannot be reached, additional waiting time may be subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

StazOnDriver does not leave the airport without making proper efforts to coordinate with the passenger using the contact information provided.

6. Airport Departures

For airport departures, the customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate pickup time. StazOnDriver may provide pickup time recommendations based on traffic, airport congestion, terminal access, and expected travel time.

Mexico City traffic, airport access, security lines, demonstrations, road closures, and weather may affect travel times. Customers are encouraged to allow enough time before flight departure.

7. Waiting Time

Waiting time policies may vary depending on the service type.

Airport arrivals include complimentary waiting time based on the confirmed flight arrival details.

For hotel, residence, restaurant, or city pickups, complimentary waiting time is limited and may vary by service. Additional waiting time may be charged and is subject to driver and vehicle availability.

For hourly service, time begins at the scheduled pickup time and continues for the number of hours reserved.

8. Extra Stops, Route Changes, and Service Extensions

Additional stops are not included unless listed in the confirmed reservation.

Extra stops, route changes, waiting time, itinerary changes, or service extensions may affect the final rate and must be approved by StazOnDriver.

Additional time or changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

9. Cancellations, Deposits, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service type, date, vehicle assignment, and reservation conditions.

When a deposit option is offered, the deposit is generally non-refundable because it reserves vehicle and driver availability.

For reservations paid in full, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund minus transaction or processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

10. No-Show Policy

A no-show may occur when the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location, does not respond to coordination attempts, provides incorrect contact information, or cannot be located after reasonable waiting and communication efforts.

For airport arrivals, StazOnDriver will use the flight information and passenger contact details provided to coordinate the pickup. If the passenger leaves the airport without notifying StazOnDriver or cannot be reached, the service may be considered a no-show.

11. Traffic, Weather, Airport Rules, and Government Restrictions

StazOnDriver is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airport congestion, airport regulations, security operations, demonstrations, public events, government restrictions, mechanical emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

StazOnDriver will always work to operate the service safely, professionally, and as smoothly as possible under the conditions present on the day of service.

12. Tours, Hourly Service, and Out-of-City Trips

Private tours, hourly chauffeur services, and out-of-city trips are based on the reserved service duration, itinerary, vehicle category, and route.

Unless specifically included in the quote, entrance tickets, meals, personal expenses, activity fees, tour guides, trajinera rides, parking, or other third-party costs are not included.

For hourly service, additional time may be available upon request and may result in additional charges.

13. Customer Conduct and Safety

StazOnDriver reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if passenger behavior creates a safety concern for the driver, vehicle, passengers, or the public.

Passengers are expected to treat drivers, vehicles, and staff with respect.

Damage to the vehicle, excessive cleaning requirements, or unsafe conduct may result in additional charges.

14. Child Seats and Special Requests

Child seats, booster seats, accessibility needs, special luggage, pets, extra stops, or special requests must be requested in advance.

Availability of special equipment or accommodations is not guaranteed unless confirmed by StazOnDriver.
